Canada-wide service

Standard shipping to Canadian addresses is free. When carrier limitations affect an address or item, we will explain the issue and agree what to do before proceeding. We do not silently substitute a delivery option that costs extra.

From preparation to arrival

The usual preparation period is 1–2 business days. After dispatch, standard transit is normally 4–6 business days. Together, that is an estimated 5–8 business days; weekends and applicable public holidays are not counted. We will get in touch if an unresolved address or payment question delays preparation.

Following your shipment

Available tracking and dispatch details go to the order email. A carrier may need time to register its first scan. Please contact us if tracking is missing or stops updating. Significant delays caused by weather, carrier disruption or exceptional events will be communicated where known.

When you need help

Notify us quickly about an address correction or cancellation request, as changes may not be possible after dispatch. If a parcel is late, lost or marked delivered but cannot be located, we will help investigate and arrange an appropriate solution. Return arrangements are explained on the Refund page. Estimates do not displace mandatory rights or a specific delivery promise made for your order.
