Your purchase information

Please read descriptions, availability and selected product options and check the cart before ordering. Provide accurate delivery and contact details, and notify us promptly of errors. An acknowledgment confirms we received an order request. If stock, a material error or a legitimate security issue prevents fulfilment, we will explain and return payment for the unfulfilled portion.

Prices and payment authorization

Amounts are shown in Canadian dollars. Review the final checkout total, including applicable taxes, before you authorize payment. Our standard delivery service within Canada is free. An accepted price will not be increased without your agreement.

After ordering

Normal preparation takes 1–2 business days and standard transit 4–6 business days. Contact us quickly to ask about cancelling or changing the address before dispatch. Once dispatched, a return may be the available route, without affecting any statutory cancellation right. Our Refund page describes the 30-day request period, free approved return postage and absence of a restocking fee.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval and any required receipt or inspection. Allow a further 5–10 business days after issue for the bank or card issuer to display the credit.

Fair use and applicable rights

Do not misuse others' information, interfere with the website or use it unlawfully. Contact us with a concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not waive mandatory warranties, exclude liability that cannot be excluded or restrict lawful court and complaint routes. Applicable Canadian consumer protections prevail. Later revisions apply prospectively and do not take away an existing order's rights or agreed commitments.
